provide visibility and transparency of project portfolio information to enable senior
business and it management to set goals and make decisions.
ensure steering committees are effectively structured, scheduled and operated.
managing project and programme prioritization, scheduling and conflict resolution,
including arbitration of new projects vs. original budgeted portfolio.
measurement and reporting
ensure high quality of projects and programmes data and reporting, provide coaching,
and liaise with central project office for improvements.
establish key metrics, build tools and execute regular monitoring.
ensure all reporting to senior management is fully understood, professionally
assembled and timely delivered.
process ownership and evolution
develop methods, quick reference guides, templates for key processes, ensure roles and
responsibilities are clear.
ensure adherence of portfolio activities to the bank wide policies and rules, perform
periodic self-assessments and cooperate with relevant gmit and cib teams.
seek for process automation and develop tools to achieve higher efficiency.
fluency in english.
at least 10 years of project, programme and portfolio management experience.
background in it project delivery in investment banking.
process and change management experience.
metrics development and monitoring, with modelling capability.
proficient with ms excel, powerpoint and ms project.
advanced in using ppm tool, preferably clarity.
